The main purpose of our products is to track, recover and retrieve the stolen laptop. This includes the IP address of the stolen computer, geolocation information, and everything that is typed into the browser. The information collected is relayed to our secure servers and is only used with the highest degree of respect and confidentiality. Only those who are directly involved in the recovery of the stolen computer have access to this collected information.
How we use collected information
We will leave the disclosure of the information up to you during the recovery process. Although we encourage you to contact local authorities and internet service providers, we do not ourselves send out any of the information collected on your computer.
When we collect information
We only begin to collect information such as screenshots, geolocation and when the customer reports their computer stolen from our website. Under no circumstances do we activate the recovery process without the customers expressed permission. If a laptop has not been stolen, no information is being transferred from the computer to our server.
